A good droid/jawa team is HK (L), 88, 86, JE, Nebit. HK lead is a must, since he gives droids 50% TM every time they crit, and boosts crit chance 30%. Full jawas are only really good for unlocking CD challenges, and those are awesome so you can't go wrong farming the jawas.
Jawas aren't great at raiding, but an interesting and fun team for AAT P2 is 88 (L), Scav, Nebit, Dathcha, JE. DoTs and TDs for days! Scores pretty well, but won't hit in the millions you could get from droids.
