Hey folks,Just wanted to share that I can't seem to get that Officer promotion :/ . Here's a bit of context: I used to be an officer in my previous guild, but I left about a week ago. No restrictions on my account, and I've got access to the guild chat. I joined guild 7-9 days ago My ally code: 465181533Would really appreciate any assistance. Thanks a bunch!

Your guild leader can submit a ticket to customer support and if that fails, file a bug report
