Teebo + Ewoks Nerf

Since the update, Teebo has a bug. Even though he is invisible, his ability with his primary attack doesnt work in most cases. Also, since the update, my Ewok-Team that should be attacking often, ...

The best argumend i heard against what that one guy here sayed, that TM reduction is a debuff. Well then, TM Up is a Buff and Phasma has a Chance of 50 % to give this to somebody (Calculated by Character, not the whole team!)
