We are going to revert the recent changes to Teebo so that he will be exactly as he was prior to the update yesterday. While this doesn't completely fix Teebo, it does make him more viable for use.
We will be updating Teebo properly in a future update after we do some additional client work for him.
EDIT: This update for Teebo should go out within the next hour or 2.
