Really depends on who your going to run them with. Do you have a 7* EP? If so Chirpa for sure. Also 5* Chirpa isn't going to do much for you in AAT Heroic since you can't use him...

Zader works better than Chirpatine or Teebo. But Chirpa you just need his leader ability maxed. He can die on the first hit and it won't matter.

Sorry to butt in but I don't get how Teebo's leadership can be beneficial during the ATT raid. :/
Is it mainly to avoid counter-attacks?

On P1 and P3 he reduces TM.

I can see how it could help in P3 but is it really useful in P1, considering Griveous will do his thing every 7 (?) attacks he receives?

P1 - Teebo (as any other tmr char) can be used on 7th hit on GG.

Teebo in P3 is there for the (unreliable) tm boost (from leader ability) and occasional tm reduction vs Main Droid and/or Triangel buffed Adds.
Chirpa only is there for the tm boost from his Leader Ability.
Never used Chirpatine as I dont want to farm a char for one purpose only when there are other options.
With Teebo, Palp, TFP and 2 Tanks I can do ~6%. Chirpatine can do a lot more, Teebotine might also be able to do more but I dont switch mods for P3 anymore.
Other Leader options are OB or Dathcha or Zader.
Best Leaders for P3 in my opinion are:
1 - Zader
2 - Chirpa
3 - Dathcha
4 - Teebo/OB

I don't have a good third taunting tank, so Chirpa just isn't an option for me - yet.

But I regularly score 6% - 750k-800k - using Teebo lead with EP, TFP, RG and STH. Teebo is very useful for TMR on the super B2; as is his stealth buff on himself and his allies when leading - stealthed toons are not retaliated against when firing on the super B2. This particularly useful if TFP is stealthed and critting away for 25k at a time on the B2 with impunity.

But I've seen Chirpa led squads scoring +10%.

I'd gear Teebo to a potency of +75% for now while working on Chripa in the background.

i have better results using dathcha than with teebo. Don't have the other obvious p3 leaders, so i can't compare him with those.

teebo doesn't need the potency because TFP willl apply his tenacity down frequently enough.

Teebo is only there for his Leader Ability and TM reduction every now and then. If u use him in the Pit Raid as well u might just mod him with potency and be done with it.
