Teebo potency
This has probably been addressed before but does Teebo's turn meter reduction hit more with potency mods on the rancor specifically?

Yes above 60% to start being effective. (Regularly effective). 75%+ for solid results. If you can get above 80% great, but at this point RNG with his stealth becomes more of an issue.
