Defense of Dathomir bonus tier doesn't unlock. ive had Talzin 7* for long
Heres some screen shots. I have a full 5 team of NS at 7* (more actually) yet defense of dathomir special mission has never unlocked for me

The picture from the event screen shows you have completed the Bonus Tier at 3 stars, so it obviously has unlocked for you.
