Tenacity down and potency in the heroic pit raid

Hi everyone. As I understand it, the rancor always has a 15% minimum chance of resisting negative status effects and TM removal, no matter how much potency a character has. A few questions: (...

i believe the tenacity down debuff doesn't go through the potency/tenacity check (since you can land it when tenacity up is active)
