Tenacity down and potency in the heroic pit raid

Hi everyone. As I understand it, the rancor always has a 15% minimum chance of resisting negative status effects and TM removal, no matter how much potency a character has. A few questions: (...

80% is generally agreed upon as the minimum requirement without tenacity down. All my characters have at least that except TFP, who is modded primarily for speed.
