Tenacity Up = Debuff Immunity??

The reason it may not be called debuff immunity is because it's too long of a term. Also, tenacity stats outside of tenacity up are fairly close to useless. A toon with 100% tenacity will still get debuffed without tenacity up. And one more thing, tenacity up can be flipped to tenacity down although tenacity down does not guarantee you'll land your next debuff, even if it's Vader's ability block on a Jedi (which is not supposed to be resisted). Fun, right?
