why? Tenacity up is no where near as good as 100% evasion for an x amount of turns would be. Something could be said about implementing a base apply chance (just like there is a base resist chance), but having tenacity up work more like evasion up would totally suck and make it nearly useless.
imo debuffs are already better than tenacity up, so i see no reason why tenacity up should be nerfed.
What he said was it should work like evasion up or any other buff. It's not Debuff immunity it's tenacity up and it's broken
