This may be true and if it is it runs contrary to what @CG_RyDiggs told us they are using to match on a few month ago (see my post on the first page of this discussion for a link). It's pretty vague and seems to imply that "matching on the more relevant data of what makes a good roster" is exactly what they are trying to do.
I applaud your effort to collect more data. There certainly seems to be a problem. It's hard to tell what and how bad it is when you have more hyperbole than data.
