Really bad idea. Blocking access to characters doesnt make you enjoy the game more. Giving cool but not OP buffs would have been a much better idea.

I cannt help but notice that no outdated toons have been targeted. so you ban 28 toons that make teams click. Not everyone has a roster capable of taking such a blow
