This is just dumb. There's already so many lesser players in guilds without many viable squads. This pretty much removes the characters they do have in an attempt to get you to farm replacements. Just get rid of TW and replace it with Grand arena in my opinion.

Or do a guild vs guild grand arena style where you each match up against 1 opponent on the other side.
