Why don't you post the same grid with CG employee's mugshots and we can all vote for who's not going to get paid this month. Doesn't matter that they worked hard and should get paid, lets have people who shouldn't have the power to do it just decide as a democracy who gets paid and who doesn't. Seriously though. We collect, gear and zeta characters. Many of us pay to do this. Having them not available to use because someone in a meeting thought that this would be a fun thing to have is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen you guys come up with.
Absolutely leave the buffs and get characters boosted that way, restricting use is a huge slap in the face for those that paid to gear toons. There is absolutely no need for it... It needs to be rethought...
Actually, rethought the pay thing. Can we vote for who gets fired ? Please highlight whose idea the original idea was for the vote. It might help influence the selection...
