What if all those mods are +20 speed?

Offense mods with Potency is a way to go. Forget crit damage or crit chance since he gets zero help from these. Same with health, tenacity, defense. Speed could be an option but he gains a lot of TM from a synergy squad, feel that Speed mods would be wasted on him.

No g12+, no zeta, no 6e mods??
