The “free” episode track no longer is free

I am f2p since the pre gl times. Have been getting 50 on the free episode track. Please show me how to complete a second era challenge feat without paying money (and then a third, twice), or please show me how to get 50 without those 32 K points from the era challenge requirements.

Completed Era Chapters:

(7 x 5000 + 11000) x 2  = 92,000

Incomplete Era Chapters:

(6 x 5000) x 2  = 60,000

Daily activities:

(8 x 300 + 1600) x 28  = 112,000

Total from Era chapters + Dailies = 264,000

I am 3.8mil account free to play.
By struggle I meant that I manage to reach level 50 of the episode track in the last day. I play regularly, but there are days when I skip due to my work. So no, I do not take everyday points for the episode rewards, but still I managed to reach 50 with maybe missing 4-5 days missing. But it was a struggle.
Before, I had troubles with some of the challenges after the first remake. Yes, I am aware that they change the amount of currency for episode track from the episode quests, but even before I managed to make more points from the challenges than now. 
So finally yes, most probably I would be reaching max 45-46, if it was not for the 25k currency. 
TBH, this "apology" was **bleep** for me. "Yeah we made a mistake so take these..." and nothing about fixing it. So is this mistake or just sand in the eyes? 

Whether people can complete the track is beside the point. Having any feat on the free track that can’t be completed without either spending money or hoarding/diverting resources defeats the purposes of it and just leaves a bad taste.

On the contrary, when OP's whole post is claiming the track absolutely can't be completed f2p then correcting that blatently false statement is ENTIRELY the point.

I don't think anyone is disputing that there shouldn't be a reasonable chance for f2p to complete all the non-gated feats. (Though, FWIW, f2p CAN also complete both these feats...but it's possible that it can't be done without having spent at least some crystals. So entirely beside the issue of whether or not f2p now means not even spending crystals on anything, I'm hesitant to say whether we have enough evidence that it is literally impossible to achieve these without having spent crystals, or whether some people are just bad at Coliseum or don't participate everyday).

You not finishing it does not mean that it cannot be finished. 

Maybe this is a lower GP issue?  I'm a veteran player. Almost 12 mil GP and F2P.  I've completed the track and gotten at least 10 bonus crates so far. 🤷 

I am completely f2p, could not complete the 3 era challenge feats and & am on my 12th bonus crate as of this morning. You don’t need the 32k points because a) you simply don’t need it since you get way more than that and b) they gave us a ton of currency for the fix which left us only 7k short from the 32. Which should let any f2p get like 14 bonus crates for the track. 5M GP. It’s ridiculously easy now that we’re not relying on GC feats
