I may be wrong in your particular case, but this phenomenon is happening to many guilds.
Some are leaving for whale guilds, some just quit logging in
The leaving for other guilds is truly the sad/bad part about the new raid.
I think a lot of people would be content in their current guild with a lower tier AAT raid, much lower drop of the new gear but difficulty bump and similar lvl 80 raid gear drops of Rancor T7.
I think a big problem people have is comparing Rancor to AAT... Seems like AAT is too tough and rancor is too easy for their respective Tier levels.
