There is a simple solution cg can do for tourneys. Everyone gets 5 attacks to start, then receives 5 more attacks every 6 hours. Doesn't cost ally points to refresh characters. The to keep the point system they have you get your 3 attack options. Each with a different point values value for victory let's say the harder team would be 15/25. Then 10/20. Then 5/15. And these values don't change over time. This would balance the F2P and the P2P communities to the degree that everyone can attack an equal amount of times.
