One person per shard will get him at 7*...out of thousands of ppl. The person that does get him is most likely top 5 already and someone u will never face. There will be no "wreck fleet arena". Plus, he only has synergy w/ Imperial Tie Fighter which dies if u sneeze at it and Tarkin's ship which hardly anyone runs. The sky is not falling...

First, your math is wrong. It's not 1 per 20k in arena because the tournament is not 1 7* ship per 20k entrants. It's 25...and the tournament brackets are smaller than 20k - 2500 I believe (could be wrong there). Even if it was as big, that's 25, not 1. Now, most of the newer players won't have as big an issue in that regard, so this numbers will be tilted toward older shards/players.

Second, in regards to synergy, let's use an arena example. Rey has no leadership abilities and no synergy either. How would she have changed arena standings if you could get a 7* Rey just 1 week after launch? Or 7* Phasma? And not just 1 player, but several per shard.
