The Facebook account has removed the Google account data

Once they can get a look into this, they'll let you know what they can do from there to help you out with this. 

As you're looking for help with your account, I don't think the standard in-game ticket option is the way to go as it'll only link to your friend's account. Use the following link to get started: STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes - Create a Help Ticket. If they do need a case to be sent in from the game, follow these steps instead.
