Hard no. I'm pretty sure Sith Eternal Emperor never flew Plo Koon's starfighter. Besides which, this:
They apply stats based on Zetas, Mods, Relics as they do now.
Would make GL piloted ships monstrously unbalanced. No on all fronts here.
