The Logray problem

If Logray is required to beat tier 7 of the C3P0 event, why is he a near impossible farm? I haven’t seen him in the guild store in two full weeks and there’s literally no way to farm him anywhere else...

It is my own fault. I've been playing since December 2015, and I just didn't ever bother with ewoks, didn't bother with the ewok events and yeah, it's come back to bite me. But the rate in which he appears when you actually need to farm him is atrocious
