Each character should be evaluated base on damage, utility, speed and survivability. They should be balanced among the four categories (Aayla), Higher in 2 and lower in the rest (Old Ben), Excel on one and low on the others (FOTP)

The best example of "OP" character right now is GS, who is fast, deadly, and hard to kill. It'd be hard for people not to want him nerfed when he's top of the chart on damage, speed, and survivability.

Yeah, nerf him!
