It's why I've said more than once that I feel like they made the first 10 sets of datacrons before they released the first one and they aren't really adjusting anything. That's why the stupid dodge meta is back in this set, why LV becomes unstoppable, why there are GL's becoming even worse at taking down than they were before, etc etc. They are just pushing through something already made without any thought or tweak to how bad, stupid, or game changing they are.
