There are countless toons that have AOE buff effects for the entire team. Why shouldn't we have a way to clear them with an AOE dispell?

This. Triple cleaner/buffer teams are already out of whack. We don't need matters to be made worse

Edit: and I much prefer this buff/debuff/clean/dispell game than the old I shot first I win game we had
