The Royal Guard + Rey combo has got to be addressed

They are both strong characters. Combined they are silly overpowered. Thanks to RG's auto-taunt when an ally gets to low health, it isn't possible to focus her down before she one-hit-kills someone on...

I think Mods have made this a problem. The poor Mod design aside, Rey get so much speed and damage from Mods it's ridiculous. She is 1 shotting max geared characters at this point. The problem isnt so much Rey as it is what can be done via Mods or lottery tickets as I like to call them.
