Here is the solution to make REY/RG combo still effective but not broken.
Give the Auto-taunt on RG a cooldown. Once he auto taunts, he must take 3 full turns before it can trigger again.
Then Rey can hide behind him, but you won't have to keep dealing with him as rey self heals just over the threshold, and allows you to work the other toons instead of RG being a perma-taunt.
Three turns is far too long, he's a tank so let him taunt. Although if you want to balance that out be letting him taunt for two turns instead just one, then sure maybe. After all Chewbacca taunts for two turns and has a three round cool down. Although I'm guessing most people would only want one turn of trying to kill him to get to Rey.
And if you think the problem is her healing over the threshold then how about reducing her health steal stat, that way you need to actually heal her with another character to take advantage of RG's auto taunt a second time. Or we could just not nerf either one of them, because the devs aren't going to look at this thread and decide to nerf just one, it'll be both of them or none of them. And I'm voting neither of them.
