I agree with this except the new character thing. I'm not concerned with people getting new characters faster. For me I have this huge roster (all 7* except Rebels, Gar, and Imp Com) that I never really use. I need to remod everyone on the roster but don't have the burning desire to do it because it doesn't really help anything. I get first on both arenas, finish gw, etc, etc. I really liked the tournaments because I could use the whole roster and fight different teams and people. The only problem with them was the character release and star level tied to them.
The new mode that is coming needs to address this issue or they will lose a bunch of people. I need a reason to gear, level, mod, and USE all of the characters and ships.
