Sorry, but I'll disagree here a bit, it follows the logic of how Thrawn was released, you needed to use the Phoenix squad only, remember , so now with the ship , which is being billed as the first ever legendary ship event, you should have expected that Phoenix would be worked in as part of the requirement. You also are using rebel tagged ships for the rest of your squadron so technically they did include LS ships.
