I got a crash too during a GL event and EA Help / Answers HQ said to me they are not allowed to refund tickets wihout any explanation.
You can still post on Answers HQ, but they can't help neither since it is a "client issue", yeah you have to send them logs that doesn't exists or a screen shot (which prove nothing).
Their only solution, reinstall the game, reboot your phone and that's all.
It is a pity how EA handle client issue, wish CG could implement some kind of client logs so we could send them ...
