This can be resisted, correct? It does not say in description "this ability is unresistable". Has anyone seen it NOT land. Here is my scenario in arena. My Baze is 60% tenacity. Opponent TFP has 52% p...

60% tenacity against 84% potency for something w a base 100%? Seems like it should land all the time unless toons all have a 15% resist like Rancor which I doubt.

Tenacity - potency = resist chance no?
