I believe the point is that it would have taken exactly one playtest run to catch the problem....kinda like when Darth Maul drops his AoE daze...and then gets counterattacked for it landing.

In the game updates, they really should just say "we didn't actually test this, but here's what we hope happens..."

My hopes is this post, like many other about repear, are put in line to be fixed (yes above the Teebo fix). Oh Teebo..

But then again, I might have given a bump to the bottom line promoting the obsolescence of the ship pack Hate love relationship-right?

He is still too squishy for main squad but that TM removal sounds nice!
