As someone who took a break from 10 months ago to about 1 month, it feels about the same to me. Same Conquests, same GACs, same TWs, and then TB and Raids. Only major differences are a different TB (but not one any more time consuming) and the Krayt (which is likely less effort than doing both HSTR and CPit, whatever the case).
Not to say it’s not a lot - Conquest + Raids + GAC + TB/TW (not sure which one is more time consuming, depends on the Guild) drains anyone’s day. Only thing I can really suggest is doing Krayt on days where you won’t need to do GAC attacks, which wasn’t necessarily an option with HSTR or CPit. But something would be nice.
What that something is… I don’t know. Lower the amount of GACs so they alternate with Conquests? Just make Conquest in general less grindy? Just put in less effort? A few different possibilities.
Edit: and add Fleet Arena, to all of those. Though that can be a daily thing.
