I'm not sure if you're aware, but swgoh is not a single player game and these advantages actually do matter.

I spent money on this game and people are getting the same thing for free. Stuff that would cost thousands of dollars at a rate never intended by the devs. That makes me want a refund AT LEAST. It also shows that the devs don't know what the heck theyre doing. Not a game I want to be playing. Also, yeah, there are people on my shard with hacked-up chars in the arena now.

And god, okay, you don't care. But ever heard about empathy, man?

I hope you're not trying to "win" some argument by painting me as some P2P tyrant who should thus be discredited. Because that would be really dumb, and low. I'm not trying to start a class war or say I'm better than anyone else because you know what, lots of F2P are mad too. Lots of F2P are affected in arena too. And its not like the P2P players just stop mattering because they spent some money.

I only lost time. People actually lost thousands of dollars. That is cheating on the highest order. We put to prison people who rob cash registers and just slap on the wrist those who stole thousands.

I'm F2P and I wouldn't say I'm mad but I'm certainly not happy with what happened. I think they should be reverted or banned, or at least put into a cheater server. They got a huge advantage in the form of upgrades that would take me months to get, and they got them in a very dishonest way

Don't worry, you will all be able to catch up soon enough. They will add to shipments for a whipping 1400 Crystals and they will increase the chance to squeeze out that bit of extra $$$.
These mistakes are happening too frequently and for some reason I dropped extremely overnight. All new names on my shard with full gear now, this has been confirmed on Reddit also.

Won't be long and I'm using my right to refund. They messed up over 3x now, gave em enough chances. They only listen to $$$ and I know how google play reacts to these refunds, they are always on the customers side.

Awaiting there next "fix" but if they keep lying as what they did with the precraft debacle (only 1% used it... ye right), my refund will make sure they will feel it.

The imbalance in this game is fabricated.

Sorry for getting you wrong, man. I hope this is fixed. This seems much worse than the Vader thing. And well, this is the only app I really play on my phone, so I guess that's something.

On a side note, I don't know if the devs would ever get money from those of us who have chosen to get a refund already, I don't know if its even possible with the app store rules. Not that those people might even ever want to spend again after this thing.

After spending a disgusting sum on this game, power-levelling teams to perform better in raids, and refreshing shipments for furnaces and droid callers, and to hear that a significant number of players got virtually unlimited quantities of this gear for free - it makes me furious. Anyone who's seen my recent posts will know I've been pretty hacked off with the game recently anyway.

Gear gating was the single biggest mistake they ever made with this game, coupled with a raid structure having miserable random rewards and encouraging the opposite of teamwork.

Then:

Pre-crafting: Strike 1
Guild hopping: Strike 2
Alt factory: Strike 3
Pre-crafting "solution" opportunistic cash grab: Strike 4
Unlimited free raid gear: Strike dunking 5

And in each case, the exploiters keep their winnings. Why? Because it's too much work to manually edit player accounts, because it would cost money in man-hours and it's too hard. Because they'd have to work on a client update or something that isn't directly generating revenue.

And then the players who've spent thousands for faster progression, paying EA/CG wages, supporting the game, get to look at players in their arena or guild who gained months of advantage for FREE.

After the events of the last few months, the solution to this had better be pretty spectacular.

Yeah I'm done with this. What an absolute crock and a waste of time. Never before have I experienced a mobile game that's been more of a headache than enjoyment.
