"To assist you better, I ask you to create an in-game ticket" - Why/How

I currently have three tickets open with EA Support. Every one of them I have created using the: Settings > Help > > Raise case Then nothing seems to happen for a while and you get an email bac...

Under setting in game there is a 'Help' button. I think that's what they mean.

That will redirect you to EAHelp, but I think it automatically attaches your ally code for them.
