With few words - don't expect much. For example Kyno wrote just yesterday that he is never removing/deleting post without letting know the op what and why it was deleted. But I haven't received such information and I assume neither of the other posters have. Back to the point.
There is and always have been a strange back and forth between CG/EA ways of submitting a ticket. CG doesn't have the authority/idea/will to help you while EA tickets are being dealt by a call center somewhere where people are trying to read a script made for EA not specifically SWGOH. They are clueless.
So once again - if it is not game breaking, don't loose your patience trying to sort it, just leave it.
