I currently have three tickets open with EA Support. Every one of them I have created using the: Settings > Help > > Raise case Then nothing seems to happen for a while and you get an email bac...

Whenever I've tried to submit a support ticket I fill out the info and try to submit it, but nothing happens. The page just sits there. Their technical support needs technical support.
