Tone deaf CG

To be clear, CG, you most certainly are TONE DEAF! As Ahnald shared in his relic delta update, you knowing this would upset people, but essentially shrugging your shoulders and doing it anyway demonstrates this. I know you're not big on listening to Ahnald because he calls out your BS. However, his metaphor about crashing the car into the wall regardless, just a matter of what speed, is something you should watch, because it describes what you're doing perfectly. I've never seen a company work so hard to kill it's own game. If you're unhappy  doing swgoh, you can leave for another job, and make room for people who actually care about the game to develop it. Boost Stat gains from R8+9, introduce R10, create gated high relic only events with crazy rewards, anything but purposefully downgrade people's rosters. You will be completing the death of theory crafting. I can't state this enough: DO NOT DO THIS!
