To make the point even farther, lets assume all players had the same toons maxed geared and starred, whales can spend thousands of crystals a day buying refreshes, which is, in effect, buying ally points. Lets also assume that everyone wins every offensive battle, completely even playing field. However, due to the whales spending money on ally points, they are able to fight 500 battles while free players can only fight a fraction of that...how is that a fair competition in your eyes? it is the definition of pay to win....
