I agree Rey needs to be buffed, in comparison, SLK's kit is super bloated.
Her basic needs to do something else than healing her (which only works if it's her turn), make her do double damage (out of turn) and triple damage (if it's her turn), just like SLK and make her gain TM is she's Inspired (CG totally neglected the ability to manipulate TM from previous resistance teams).
Her Sudden Whirlwind should do something else if you're going to keep it capped at 3x massive damage, make her gain a fixed % of Mastery based on if the ally that fell under 60% was Inspired.
Her lifeblood should make her and the ally used on gain a % of Mastery, under the condition that the ally is Inspired too.
Her leadership needs to give above 50% mastery instead of 40% and make it to 40% max health at least. The 5% Mastery increase should be increased to 10% or increase the conditions to bonus turns too. The damage immunity should trigger like savior from JKR, not only if the ally is below 50% health. Her leadership needs to give bonus TM to Inspired allies.
Make her immune to taunt effects too. And Inspired allies should be immune to stun effects.
Edit: her ultimate should make all the allies immune to everything. Right now GAS can still crit on them increasing their cooldows, SLK can still stun them, same with Thrawn's Fracture and JKR Direct focus. No need to change the damage since she will gain more Mastery which directly will benefit her offense stat, but make it that the target gets the true damage and if there are still other enemies they can get critically hit. If there's only one standing it will be the same as of now.
