Please fix the web-store. I was able to purchase the Ben Solo LSB but I tried purchasing the Malgus LSB and it says it encountered an error. Now it's disappeared and I can't see it. It will randomly show back up but every time I try to purchase it says it encountered an error. Please fix this!
After the Malgus LSB hit the store, I went to purchase it but was interrupted as I was at work. The session timed out, and now when I go to purchase the bundle it says that an “error has occurred, try again.” I’m assuming it thinks I already purchased it, and I could wait for it to come to the game but I want the rewards from purchasing it on the webstore. Help if possible!
I too, cannot purchase it from the webstore; it says error: something went wrong when trying to purchase it. I am also seeing a lot of people who can purchase, say they do not get him but instead a bunch of crystals as compensation. This is illegal and fraudulent under EU and USA laws. Please fix this issue ASAP
Anyone else having this issue with buying the Malgus LSB? It doesn’t even let me get to the screen to pay…
If you receive Crystals when buying a LSB, instead that the characters get upgraded, obviously that is not how it should work, but this happens due to a sync issue between server and game client. This is often due to connectivity issues.
Simply log a support ticket and EA will get this sorted for you.

EA_Gunner Here is my original post with the video. This only happens when trying to purchase the Malgus LSB for me but other have complained about getting Malgus and not being able to purchase Solo. Bigger issue at play here then connectivity issues. I have tried on multiple devices, multiple networks, Clearing cache, everything I can think of.
had similar problem with dr aphra lsb six months ago, sorry this has happened to you too, my issue still not fixed
