How does my Guild get matched up against this Guild?
You have a similar GP signed up to the TW, or/and handicapped slightly due to recent wins/losses.
This Guild is apparently sandbagging.
Maybe, they're only having 60/70% of their player-base sign up for TWs. Maybe, the others simply don't want to play TW though.
They do have "90%+ TW win" in their profile as a reason to join them. So, most likely they are playing the system and sandbagging a bit.
I've looked over the records. When they are matched with similar GP - they lose.
Definitely not the case. Their last win showing on swgoh.gg they had 489 GP and beat a guild that had 588 GP for that TW. The one before that was comparable. The one before that they won with 460 GP vs 513 GP.
I guess you mean when they play big guilds with as a comparable overall GP they don't win? I'm not sure how relevant that is though. The amount of GP that signs up from them is quite constant.
This finally needs to be addressed and fixed for the betterment of the game.
Yes, I think most of us do a agree that TW does need fixing and needs to be better. However, can you clarify what exactly is the problem and what will fix it?
If your fix is that guilds are matched by the overall GP........that's not a fix. That will make most players' lives more miserable.
It pays to sandbag.
Sadly, yes.............apart from those that are forced to sit out TWs.
