Out of interest what is sandbagging, asking people not to sign up with the aim to reduce the GP to get an easier match up, or is it making TW not mandatory, but sign up comes with expectation for full commitment to defence and attack?

So, when your matched; the deployment zone numbers are the same as the number of players that guild with the smaller signed-up player-base (in the highest TW bracket). So, lets say one guild had 45 members signed up for 550 GP and the other had 32 signed up for 550 GP, there would be 32 teams needed per zone.
The guild with the smaller number of players has the better players. As they only really need to deploy/attack once per zone, they can arrange their defence and attack so that each player only needs to field the most optimal teams. Whereas the larger player-base guild won't have the same resources.
Guilds that do this deliberately (to play smaller guilds that allow all their players to sign up for TW) playing at a GP weight where they rarely lose.
