So each zone was limited to 25 defenders max... so did you both start with 25x20x10 = 5000 banners (defensive) at the very start of the attack phase?
It looks to me based on your first pic that you did not max your defensive banners and your opponent started with more defensive banners then you did.
In any case, you need a pic showing the map before any attacks have happened to see the initial defensive banner scores of both guilds,
or perhaps a pic of a non-back zone so we can see how much those territories are worth when cleared and then do some math to figure out your initial defensive banner score (i think that should work with the info in the other pics you have posted).
