I think toon power should be scales back for lower end guilds though. My alt that i have been playing with for a year has about 2/3 toons unlocked but only half can be used in TW.

But this made up for when going against someone of close to equal gp, meaning they too have rosters similar, plus a lot of characters are totally useless at that level so it saves time more than anything not being able to use the real low guys

I wish I had paid more attention to that as I couldn’t use my NS zombie. Cost me an easy win. I thought that 6k power was squad minimum as that number is all over any PvP content in this game.
