I just tried taking out a gl Rey team on gac, and every one of my attacks was deflected or dodged by Jedi training Rey? Only star killers special ever hit her. How is that possible?
Nothing special I can see about the Rey team. It cost me the round. I beat the rest of the team around the 2 mins mark, and so just had jtr for a whole 2 mins and couldn’t touch her. Ended up timing out.

When you have JTR under Rey, you always have to account for Evasion ramping. SLKR teams work because even though some members might gain TM (Hux, I'm looking at you) you can't dodge while stunned and SLKR's poke attack both can't be evaded and inflicts stun. Then while she's stunned, the rest of the squad can finish her off.
But there are a ton of teams that do well against Rey in part due to TM manipulation. Any time those teams don't have enough attacks with the "can't be evaded" ability, you're going to leave JTR alive.
Rey's foresight makes her dodge attacks if able. Even barring that, her mastery gains include dodge chances. Per GL Rey's kit, "Whenever an enemy gains bonus Turn Meter, Inspired Light Side allies gain 5% Mastery (stacking) until the end of the encounter."
I also see you have Mara Jade there. Per her kit, " Mara Jade gains Stealth for 2 turns and 1.25% Turn Meter for each debuff inflicted by this ability"
Assuming all debuffs land on a full team of five, that's fifteen debuffs and fifteen separate counts of mastery gains. That's Rey gaining 75% Mastery from that one ability. Even though that's a worst case scenario, it's no wonder shes dodging so much.
