Unbeatable SLKR/Drey bug

This happened to me twice in GAC this round. The opponent has SLKR/Drey/SF pilot with SF Cron. Drey never loses "can't be targeted" property, despite the number of turns she takes. I did a mirror match, and battle went on for almost the whole 5 minutes. The other team goes to 1 health, but never becomes killable. Is this a bug? Anyone else seeing this?

It doesn't matter how many turns she takes, everyone on YOUR team has to take a turn. Of you are getting your tm removed, that could take a while.
