Unbeatable Toons

They don't care.  They make DCs for us to rent via "FOMO" and getting players to spend money and resources to have them.  There is little concern for them being overpowered, broken, etc., other than minor mechanics breaking issues with DCs.  

This isn't the first, nor will it be the last stupidly overpowered DC.  CG relishes in making things stupidly overpowered so we'll spend money on them.  (Like how stranger teams can wipe out GLs fairly easily.)

And they also don't care that GLs are getting wiped out by non-GL teams.  They are in fact building new shiny teams to wipe out GLs and be stronger than anything else.  They don't have any balance or standards in this game, they just have "whatever is new is better, so buy it!"  The next GL will be strong for a while, but they'll create a non-GL team to wipe out that GL and others because it's what they do.
