Unkar Plutt

I have a suggestion, implement Unkar Plutt, and he can be a place where we are exchange pieces of gear that we have for rations. We can then consume those rations for energy, either cantina or normal.

It can be a different piece of junk every day, limit how many times a day.

e.g. Trade in 3 Mk1 TaggeCo Holo Lens for "one quarter portion!"

and portion could equal say, 60 energy or something.
